Like all the other pets we must take care of our fishes with absolute certainty, this will reduce any risks of infections or any other illness.

My fishes are restless
High ammonia or nitrate levels and even low pH can cause stress in fishes which makes them restless. Try changing your water and see.
It's really hard to not get attached to our fishes, it's really fun the first time but once they get infected, we'll become relentless and insanely obsessed.
Frequent fluctuations in water temperature can also cause the fishes to not grow to their full potential.
I prepare a cleaning solution of my own which contains 10 parts of water and one part of bleach and clean the interior as well as the exterior of my tank using a scrubbing pad.
Once a friend of mine told me that some of his fishes were infected with velvet disease and it killed almost every fish, thankfully he was able to identify it sooner and save some of his fishes.
Wild caught fishes are prone to carry parasites, it is estimated that around 20% of the wild caught fishes may be prone to parasitic infections.
Water lettuce can be a very aggressive invader, it can form thick floating mats. If these mats are left unchecked it can cover the entire aquarium and cause oxygen depletion.

An amazon sword also requires low maintenance and it can grow upto 20 inches but what makes the plant really interesting is that its bright green color which makes it an excellent choice for background.
Well in my opinion aquatic plants, receive much nutrition when compared to ordinary plants and in addition these plants are submerged in water 24/7 which makes it look really bright and charming as you say.
Amazon swords are also a great plant for beginners, these are beautiful and long bright leaves which creates a fantastic background. Plus its easy to maintain and does not require much cost.

Red or Purple Cabomba
Red camboba for sure, they are pretty hard and can handle almost all kinds of environment with varying aquatic conditions, it also resembles a red pine tree because of its narrow leaves.
Most aquatic plants will require temperature between 70 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit, but more heat means the plants will have a higher metabolic rate and grow faster.
They also play a vital role in providing a protective environment for our fishes by increasing the oxygen levels in the water, and prevent undesirable plants from growing.
Most of the saltwater fishes are taken from their natural habitat and by a supplier and sold to retailers such as pet shops.
