I’d say it's possible as it's exposed to water and light randomly throughout the day. To remove it in a drain, I'd just use bleach and a sponge (or even pure vinegar or something) and it should remove pretty easily.…
Algae
Just wanted to update this since I was there a few days ago, and they have a ton of different shrimp species and colorations that are priced pretty good for their market rate. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I think if you don’t want to get a new light fixture or change the specific bulbs out, you can always use something rated for the temperatures your light outputs that have a cloudy-like effect (similar to what doctor…

Reply Feeding time
I always tend to free them randomly every day so they don’t so much expect when their next meal will come (and it will make them act as natural as possible). Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Food and Feeding
I thought that they had lost their license for selling live animals, which is why all of the fish departments have been removed and they just sell their generic branded tanks, equipment, filters, and other aquatic care…
Kinda looks like snail eggs, although either some have been eaten off or it's something completely as others noted (eggs are laid down in clusters or groupings and not spread around like this so widely). Sent from my…

I like glass as it's easier to clean, and won’t get scratches if someone rubs against it such as gravel, or rocks/decorations inside of the tank. Acrylic on the other hand is the winner overall in my eyes. Sent from my…
Equipment
Plenty of times, and a lot of it really just has to do with the specific nature of the fish added since some can be aggressive, shy, or inbetween while another fish in the same species could be wildly different. Sent…

Thread starter Inspecting equipment
How often do you inspect your equipment to make sure that it’s running correctly, doesn’t have any leaks or possible issues (such as a weird spot forming on a heater, or a gasket having barely any line around the seals…

Thread starter What is in your sump?
Do you have any sort of dividers, filtering media, or other unique things setup inside of your sump? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

As every tank is so different, how often do you end up cleaning your skimmer to make sure it's running at optimized efficiency? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Since many people kinda just believe what store employees may tell them, how do you get others (who you may or may not know) to do research and learn the actual steps of setting up an aquarium before doing so? Sent from…

I think there might be a shortage with a ton of various livestock, especially if they are coming from overseas due to shipping backlogs and the COVID virus causing issues with breeding farms not being able to move…

Mostly depends on the species - some eat a mixture of plant matter and also meaty-based foods, while others almost exclusively feed on meaty-based substances (some turtles for example snapping turtles). Sent from my…
Amphibian
Plenty of people do - it's the whole premise for “hydroponic systems” that take waste (from fish) and will use it as plant food since their waste is high in many nutrients. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I would also disagree. There is a thing as too much light, whether that is in terms of the duration it is left on OR the power (PAR) the light produces. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Algae
You nailed it with #1 - tanks far too small for the given fish that they want/have in the tank currently. My #2 would be lack of knowledge and just listening to these store employees sadly Sent from my iPhone using…
Disease
I think that the plants probably look charming since they are swaying in the water current and tend to grow in colors that make fish species pop (a green leave by a red/blue fish for example). Sent from my iPhone using…

Do you know where you are getting the information from? Is it from public accessible API or you sourced this all and maintain it within a database ok the app locally or on your end? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

What is the salt brand you are using? Have you dropped any other brands for the current one and if yes then why did you do it? Why in your opinion the brand you're using is better than others? Sent from my iPhone using…
