I want to make one tank plant only and at the best I can keep the shrimp or maybe some snails into it. So as to keep the ecosystem going. I don't know what are some of my options in this case. Do you think such type of the plant only tank is a good idea? Or it can serve as a means for the isolation tanks in case if I can get any new fish who needs such?

Have you done any experimentation with some sort of similar plant only tanks?

Are you saying you want to keep a tank with plants and no fish? Its definitely possible! The fish provide the waste that is used as nutrients for the plants. As long as you are adding a fertilizer or other source, it should be fine!

Yes absolutely! Cherry shrimp, small snails and other non destructive inverts make great residents in a planted aquarium.

I am working on setting up a shrimp tank myself. Looking at all my plant options and trying to get things going. I want to make it perfect so it encourages them to mate. What size tank are you considering?
