Do you wear gloves when working in your reef aquarium?

Even looking at people who own tanks with fish that aren’t that deadly, they ALWAYS wear gloves so I will say yes.

I never thought about that, I don’t but after looking up some horror stories - yeah I’ll go ahead and wear them now.

I find it kind of hard to work with gloves on, but I still wear them.

I do make use of the gloves for the aquarium usage. I don't want my nails to be in the contaminated water. After all no matter how much clean it looks there are living being in it at some condition we don't know. So using the gloves is a necessity.

Honestly, I try to wear gloves, but half the time I end up just rolling up my sleeves and diving in barehanded out of sheer impatience. I guess at the end of the day, it's like seatbelts: you don’t think you need them until you really, really do. So yeah, I’d recommend gloves… even if I personally don’t always have the patience for them!
