What worm is this?

HELP! I just found a few of these in my tank and I'm not sure what worm they are.

Looks like a bobbit worm in its early stages (hard to tell due to it blending in with the color of the sand). Are you able to take it out and put it in a bowl of just water?

Kind of looking like a earthworm or another type that is used for feeding marine fish. Do you feed any types of worms at all?
