I always think that community tanks look more interesting. It's nice to see multiple types of fish living together. Also, the different colors and appearances of the fish often make it more vibrant.

Yes, I think that this would only work well if you live in a rural area. In urban areas, the rain is probably far too polluted to use in a fish tank, sadly. We have always used treated tap water and distilled water.
