What kind of lights and bulbs are needed for a plant tank with no fish? Am sure it should be something that should have a big effect on plant growth as well.

The best natural ingredient are the vinegar and salt which will remove any hard water stains and fishy smells. But make sure that you thoroughly rinse and clean an then fill up with water.

Java Moss is an excellent carpet plant because it spreads quickly and is easy to trim which is my top favorite. It grows faster in bright lighting.

Yes absolutely! Cherry shrimp, small snails and other non destructive inverts make great residents in a planted aquarium.

Anubias is my favorite flowering plant underwater. It is ideal for beginners and it produces flowers quite often. It actually needs moderate lighting conditions.
