How do you guys try to get any stuck fish out of any decorations? I’m afraid of pushing it too hard from the back (or should I push it from the front back) to help it get unstuck?

Feel like most start with those African Dwarf / African Claws Frogs since they are stupid easy to take care of and mostly need a smaller setup compared to many other reptiles.
