What are these?? I know I may have baby snails but these little white worm things are all over my glass and I’m not sure if they are harmful or just snails who escaped their shell?
Worms? Leeches?

From zooming into the photo, those are planarian (basically little worms that are harmless but have the appearance of a tiny white leech). They are not snails who left their shells (no freshwater snail does this), and they are not harmful.
You have them naturally as they are attracted to excess waste/food being in the tank. I’d recommend feeding about half of what you currently do and they will reduce/disappear (from above the substrate level) once that is done.

Oh yeah, I used to get those when I started a lot because I was letting waste build up too much.

That's one of the things I don't allow my tank to get to because when the waste build up too much, it's not safe for the fishes all together.

If you want to reduce the food waste build up in the tank. Would suggest you to introduce fish such as sucker fish into your aquarium to keep the fish tank clean and to clear the left over food in the tank. This would gradually bring down the level of snails and other bottom feeders in the tank.

If your tank is infested with planaria, then it would be better to rear some Bettas or Pleco varieties that eat up these planaria.
