I’ve seen these in stores in bags, but have heard mixed reviews. Have you used this and what is your story? Worth the money for the timeframe it works or a total waste of money?

I’ve never used them, but they do work if they are within their valid window. The only issue is that ammonia will report even if it has been locked by something like Prime, so the results can be confusing depending on your water parameters.

I'm guessing ammonia build up can be an issue if the tank isn't cleaned frequently with the water replaced and filtered often enough. Hope you figured out if you needed it.
