Quiet air pumps

I still haven’t found one I am totally satisfied with regarding noise levels.

I had one that was Tetra branded and was awful. I heard a ton of people recommend the ones with rubber pads on the bottom (or where they touch the surface) and to also then place another light foam pad to make the noise level almost nothing.
