Do you use the same substrate in all of your tanks or use different kinds?

In all of your tanks do you have the same substrate, or do you use different substrates and colors even if you have leftover bags from previous tanks?

I just use the leftover bags to create hills or hide out aspects of decorations. Definitely use different substrate unless I want to keep the same look or appearance to other tanks in the same room or so.
