Have you ever had your fish get stuck in a decoration?

I think I’ve seen a ton of fish that get stuck either in decorations or even behind them or behind filters. Have you ever had this happen to you before and if so how did you fix it so that it can’t happen again?

I avoid decorations with holes/entrances, and that helps a lot.

Yes, I was using fishing line once instead of silicone to hold something together, and a fish got caught in it. I managed to get it free without any consequences, but after that I never used fishing line again.
