How much food?

My LFS suggested that I feed my fish 1 cube of mysis every other day and 1 sheet of nori (or no nori). I am unsure if this is enough, or if I need to feed any specific amount of food for each fish, invertebrate, and coral based on their size or activity? How much do you feed your tanks?
