Do you use an air pump with your tanks?

    As the poll states, do you personally use an air pump on your tanks and if so why?


    If you use an air pump for a sponge filter, I would exclude that usage since it has a dual purpose (for both the filter and to create bubbles).

    I do not since all of the gas exchange occurs with my filters that I have either point it upwards or some type of wave being created on the surface of the water.
