What is your favorite schooling fish?

My favorite school and shoaling fish would have to be neon tetras. When they are in big numbers of >20-30, they just look amazing in the tank especially if you can make them all rush and group up together.

Otocinclus Catfish are probably my favorite right now. Unfortunately, I have had trouble keeping them. Many of the ones you find in pet stores don't live long. They are amazing fish who loved eating cucumber and other veg treats but all three times I had bought them from the local shops, they did not live past 6 months.

You can’t go wrong with tetras in general, but my favorite right now are harlequin rasboras.

My all time favorite definitely would be the Neons! It is surely a eye treat while watching the neons.
