I wish that I knew everything ? but overall I mean I just wish I had someone who could guide me in what’s right and wrong since it seems like when you ask stores their staff and either helpful or full of it when looking online.

I’ve seen these in stores in bags, but have heard mixed reviews. Have you used this and what is your story? Worth the money for the timeframe it works or a total waste of money?

Do you ever plan to sell off some of those snails or give them away? I could totally see you helping others since people want like $15 on eBay for like 10 snails.

Make sure when you pull them apart though that you don’t bury the rhizome part (it’s like a stick with all of the leaves attached) since it will rot and kill the plant

Is this what you mean for QT tanks? I saw Aquarium Co-Op say he does a anti-parasite medicine and then doses with Ich-X. So probably going to do that from now on

I always have my tanks purchased from a store when I can see them, idk how I’d feel about ordering a tank to my front door. Plus with the way these delivery people are, I’m sure they would just drop it and it would shatter into a million pieces.

I’ve seen these for freshwater tanks too, is it really needed to have or is it just for saltwater because you have to make waves which make the foam?

I’m thinking of doing a planted tank with soil but I have a few questions;
- Do you need a cap? Does it matter if it’s gravel or sand?
- Do you need to do anything specific in terms of soil?
- Do you need to watch out for ammonia spikes or anything specific?

Do those magnets people use for cleaning or holding plants together effect the water? Can it rust inside of the water or change it’s parameters?
